For families
How we’ll work together
-
Online or in person.
I’ll meet with you and assess your child to build a picture of their developmental history and current presentation, level by level. It starts from the most foundational parts of the brain upward.
This might include how they crawled (or didn't), how they respond to sound, touch, and visual input, their reflex patterns, their emotional regulation, and their motor coordination.
From there, we build a clear picture of where the gaps are - and a specific, practical plan for closing them.
-
You’ll get an in-depth programme that you will carry out at home, likely every day.
It's movement-based and hands-on; short, specific activities woven into daily life, designed to give your child's nervous system exactly the input it needs, at the level it needs it.
You'll have regular check-ins with me to track progress, adjust the programme as your child develops, and make sure what we're doing continues to meet them where they are.
We'll walk you through everything, make sure you feel confident with it, and be available as questions come up along the way.
-
Every three months, we come back together to reassess.
We look at what has shifted, what is emerging, and where the programme needs to move next. As your child develops, the work develops with them.
A few things to note
The truth is, this work takes commitment. The programme we build together will include daily home activities because the brain changes through repetition, not through occasional sessions alone. But the other truth is this: doing nothing is also a choice, and gaps don't tend to close on their own. The earlier we act, the more readily the brain responds.
This work is gradual. We're not aiming for an overnight fix; we're building a foundation, and foundations take consistent work.
I don't diagnose medical or psychological conditions. My role is to assess and support neurodevelopmental and sensory-motor patterns, and to help you understand what I'm seeing so you can make informed decisions about your child's wider care.
Sessions, in person and online
I'm based in the UK and see families in person, as well as working with families across the UK and internationally via video consultation. The assessment and home programme work translate well to an online format, and many families find it just as effective.
